Over the years, while building WooCommerce stores and solving complex client issues, we noticed a recurring problem: merchants were unknowingly losing sales due to checkout failures. Commerce Health was created to give store owners visibility into these issues before they impact revenue.

Why Checkout Health, not another checkout builder
Reviewed a dozen checkout-related plugins on WordPress.org. Nearly all compete on customization and conversion design. Almost none monitor reliability. That gap is the whole thesis for this product.
Current sprint: the monitoring engine core
Building the hook layer that listens across woocommerce_payment_complete, order status transitions, and checkout field validation without adding measurable overhead to the checkout process itself.
Technical challenge: measuring checkout performance without slowing it down
Any monitoring code added directly to the checkout template risks becoming the very performance problem it is meant to catch. Settled on a deferred, non-blocking beacon pattern instead of synchronous instrumentation.
