KODENZO Commerce Suite

One Platform. Every Layer WooCommerce Never Gave You.

KODENZO builds software products from the recurring problems we solve as engineers — starting with Commerce Health, the diagnostics layer WooCommerce was never given, and expanding into a full suite of operational tools.

The Platform Vision

One Platform, Built One Real Problem at a Time.

Commerce Health is the first module. Each layer after it follows the same rule: it ships once we've solved the underlying problem for real clients, not before.

Platform Philosophy

Why a Platform, Not Just Plugins?

Instead of building dozens of unrelated plugins, we're building one connected ecosystem. This is what makes KODENZO different.

  • Every Module Shares Architecture

One data model, one engineering standard, one platform underneath — not five disconnected codebases pretending to be a suite.

  • Every Module Communicates

Health data informs analytics, analytics informs automation — modules are designed to talk to each other from day one, not bolted together after launch.

  • Every Module Improves the Others

Each new module makes the whole suite more valuable — the platform compounds, rather than just growing a longer list of separate tools.

  • One Platform, One Account

A single login and a single waitlist cover every module as it ships — not a separate account to manage per product.

Why We're Building This

Why We Built Commerce Health

Over the years, while building WooCommerce stores and solving complex client issues, we noticed a recurring problem: merchants were unknowingly losing sales due to checkout failures. Commerce Health was created to give store owners visibility into these issues before they impact revenue.

  • A Recurring Problem, Not a One-Off

Every module in the Commerce Suite started as the same client problem showing up again, engagement after engagement — proof it's worth solving once, properly.

  • Engineering Discipline, Not Guesswork

The same engineering standard behind KODENZO's client work — documented architecture, real monitoring, no shortcuts — goes into every product before it ships.

  • Compounding Value for Every Client

A problem solved once as a product benefits every store that adopts it — not just the one client who happened to hit it first.

  • Proven on Real Stores First

Every module is used on KODENZO's own client stores before it's ever offered publicly — dogfooded, not just demoed.

Why KODENZO Products

Built by Engineers Who Ship for Clients Every Day.

  • Battle-Tested, Not Theoretical

Every product is validated against real client stores first — not built in a vacuum and hoped into relevance.

  • Deep WooCommerce Specialization

Not a general SaaS trying to fit WooCommerce — 8+ years of WooCommerce-specific architecture built into every module.

  • Transparent, Public Development

Real progress, real percentages, published on this page every sprint — not a roadmap page that never changes.

  • One Team, Client Work and Product

The same engineers who support live client stores build these products — not a disconnected product team guessing at real-world needs.

Architecture Decision

Why Checkout Health, not another checkout builder

Reviewed a dozen checkout-related plugins on WordPress.org. Nearly all compete on customization and conversion design. Almost none monitor reliability. That gap is the whole thesis for this product.

Jul 24
Current Sprint

Current sprint: the monitoring engine core

Building the hook layer that listens across woocommerce_payment_complete, order status transitions, and checkout field validation without adding measurable overhead to the checkout process itself.

Jul 27
Technical Challenge

Technical challenge: measuring checkout performance without slowing it down

Any monitoring code added directly to the checkout template risks becoming the very performance problem it is meant to catch. Settled on a deferred, non-blocking beacon pattern instead of synchronous instrumentation.

FAQ

Questions, Answered.

Several — each module (Commerce Health, Automation, Analytics, AI, Cloud) ships as its own focused product, so stores only run what they actually need. They're designed to work together as they launch.

Commerce Health is the only module in active development right now — see its real progress in Built in Public above. Everything else is in research or planning.

By what comes up most often in real client engagements. Checkout reliability was the clearest, most recurring gap — that's why Commerce Health shipped first.

No. Products and services grow together — client engineering work is what surfaces the problems these products solve, and will continue after they ship.

Yes — the waitlist above covers the whole suite. You'll be notified as each module reaches Alpha.
