Digital Delivery & License Policy

This policy explains how KODENZO LLP (“Kodenzo,” “we,” “us”) delivers digital products and work, and the license terms that apply to our software. It applies to purchases made directly through kodenzo.com. Engagements sourced through a third-party platform such as Upwork follow that platform’s own delivery and file-handling terms instead.

Nature of Our Products

Kodenzo Commerce Health (Free and Pro) and any other plugins we offer are digital, non-physical software products. No physical item is shipped. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery happens electronically as described below, and not by courier or postal service.

How Digital Products Are Delivered

• Kodenzo Commerce Health Free is delivered through the official WordPress.org Plugin Directory. You install and update it directly from your WordPress dashboard or by downloading it from wordpress.org, the same as any other WordPress.org–listed plugin.
• Kodenzo Commerce Health Pro (and any other paid plugin) is delivered immediately after successful payment, by email and/or an account download link, containing the plugin file and your license key. Delivery is automated and typically instant; in rare cases of a payment-gateway delay, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you haven’t received your license within that window, contact [email protected].
• Access to the current version of the plugin, your license key, and your download link remains available through your Kodenzo account for the duration of your active license or subscription.

License Scope

Unless otherwise stated on the product page at the time of purchase:

• A single license activates the plugin on one live production site plus its associated staging/development environments.
• The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may not be resold or sublicensed without our written permission.
• You may deactivate a license on one site and reactivate it on another, but concurrent use beyond your purchased site limit is not permitted.
• Source code may not be redistributed, resold as-is, or repackaged into a competing product.

Updates and Support

An active license or subscription includes access to plugin updates (bug fixes, compatibility updates, and feature releases) and standard email support for the duration of that license term. If a license lapses (e.g., a subscription is cancelled per our Cancellation Policy), the plugin continues to function on sites where it’s already activated, but you will no longer receive updates or support until the license is renewed.

Delivery of Engineering Services

For custom engineering engagements (audits, development, migrations, and similar project work), deliverables — code, documentation, reports, or access credentials — are shared digitally through the channel agreed with you at the start of the engagement (typically email, a shared repository, or a project management tool). Delivery of each milestone is considered complete once it has been sent through that agreed channel and you have been notified, regardless of when you personally review it.

Your Responsibility

You’re responsible for providing a valid, monitored email address and for downloading or saving delivered files promptly. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, spam filtering, or a client-side storage/access issue once a deliverable has been successfully sent or made available.
