How It Works
You see what we find before you pay anything.
If your site needs repairs first, we'll say so and quote them separately before you enroll. We may decline a site we can't maintain safely, for example one with no backups we can restore.

No. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time.
If your site sells products, choose Store Care or Store Care Plus: they include Commerce Health PRO, which watches your checkout. If it is a blog, business, membership or course site, choose Site Care. Not sure? Start with the free audit and we will recommend one.
While we launch these plans, our first 5 clients pay the lower price for their first 6 months. After that the regular price applies. We tell you the date in writing before it changes.
Extra hours are billed at $55 an hour for plan members. We estimate first and start only after you approve. Emergency work outside a plan is the plan-member rate plus 50%.
Yes, on the Store Care plans. While you are on one we provide a PRO license for the number of sites shown on your plan. PRO monitors payment outcomes, checkout JavaScript errors, plugin changes and checkout speed in the background. It does not replace our checks: it cannot see every failure, such as one that happens before an order exists.
Yes. We start with a first check and tell you what is healthy, what is risky and what falls outside the plan.
By scope. The "from" price is the lowest typical start for a small, well-defined job. After a short call we send a written quote and an estimated delivery time, and we start only after you approve it.
Support hours and time zone are agreed when you start. Replies follow the response time shown on your plan.
