For years we built and fixed WooCommerce stores for clients, and one thing kept repeating. A checkout would stop working, nobody would notice, and the first sign was a missing order or a message from a customer. We built Commerce Health so store owners hear about it first, with a clear idea of what to check.

KODENZO Commerce Health PRO is the paid layer of KODENZO Commerce Health. It runs in the background and monitors your WooCommerce checkout, payment gateways, JavaScript errors, plugin conflicts and real-user checkout speed, with recommendations and email alerts.
The free plugin on WordPress.org runs 34 on-demand, read-only diagnostic checks across 7 categories and gives your store a health score, with CSV/PDF export, scan history and an optional critical-issue email. See KODENZO Commerce Health Free for the full list.
PRO alerts you by email, to the To and CC addresses you set on the free plugin's Settings screen. It watches your real checkout traffic and does not place test orders. It shows you what is wrong and what to check first, but it does not fix problems for you, and there is no SMS or Slack alerting. Monitors run every 5 minutes through WordPress's scheduler, so on a store with very little traffic a check can run later than that.
No. You choose the lowest severity you want to hear about (High and above by default). An issue that stays the same never emails again, issues found together arrive in one email, PRO sends at most 10 issue emails a day, and you get one short email when a problem clears.
Yes. Install and activate the free KODENZO Commerce Health plugin first, then KODENZO Commerce Health PRO, then activate your license.
Starter allows 1 site, Professional 2 sites and Business 5 sites. Every plan includes every PRO feature; plans differ only by the number of sites.
On KODENZO Hub at client.kodenzo.com. Your license key, downloads, purchases and support are all in your account.
In wp-admin open Commerce Health → License, enter your license key and the email you purchased with, and click Activate License.
Yes. Deactivate the site from the License screen or from your KODENZO Hub account, then activate the license on the new site, within your plan's site limit.
No store, customer, order or payment data is ever sent. PRO only contacts the KODENZO licensing server to activate, check and deactivate your license. All monitoring data stays in your own WordPress database.
The checkout script is small and sends a single report when the visitor leaves the page. Monitoring itself runs in the background on a 5-minute schedule.
The free plugin works without WooCommerce, but PRO's checkout monitors read WooCommerce order events and the checkout page, so they collect data on WooCommerce stores.
If a license expires, updates and support stop but monitoring keeps running. If a site is deactivated or the license is revoked, PRO stops on that site and the free plugin keeps working. Data already collected is kept.
